2 Week Pre Bridal Skin Glow Beauty Routine At Home

Hi friends, this is Ramya from wildturmeric. In this video, I wanted to share an amazing skincare routine for brides that’ll make their skin glow on their wedding day. This skincare routine consists of a skin glow juice that’ll help detox your body, improve immunity and will help make you glow from within. Next a body massage with a wonderful homemade oil that will treat all skin infections and improve blood circulation and finally a bridal ubtan that will polish your skin naturally. Try to do these three treatments every single day without fail and I guarantee, your skin will be glowing on your wedding day. For the massage oil, take 1/2 cup of any pure unrefined oil of your choice. Now add in a tablespoon of pounded neem leaves to it, if you don’t have access to fresh leaves, you can add in a tablespoon of neem powder too.

Now add in a teaspoon of organic turmeric powder. Mix well. Now heat this oil in low to medium flame. Once the sputtering sound stops which indicates that there is no moisture left, switch off, let cool, strain and store it in a glass bottle. This oil has wonderful antibacterial properties and it treats almost all skin problems very very quickly. It also heals scars and blemishes very fast.

Nowadays we have pre bridal packages ranging anywhere between 10,000 to 30,000 rupees. I see a lot of brides signing up for these packages. Before doing any of these treatments, make sure to research well about the treatment and the products they’re using as some of these treatments might not agree with everyone. If you don’t want to use chemical products which I strongly agree and don’t want to spend a lot of money, do this simple skincare routine but regularly. Especially, massaging with this oil daily will take care of all skin problems. To use, take little bit of the oil and massage it in long upward strokes all over the face and body every single day. Take your time to do the massage. This will help reduce stress levels too. For oily skin use jojoba oil. For the bridal ubtan, take one part of masoor dal in a cup. Add in 1/4 part of mulethi also called as licorice. Finally add in 1/ 8 part kasthuri turmeric. Now grind this mixture to a smooth powder.

I have used the whole ingredients but you can use the powders too. To use, take the required amount of powder in a bowl. Add in just a few drops of lemon juice. Finally add in enough milk to it. Now mix well to get a smooth paste. Masoor dal and liquorice will help brighten the skin tone and turmeric will help heal all skin problems including scars and blemishes. Make a big batch, store it in an air tight container and use daily after oil massage. I prefer to use milk during winter season when my skin is extremely dry or else I normally use rice water. If you have normal to oily skin, I would suggest using rice water or plain water. For the skin glow juice, take a small handful of curry leaves in a cup. Add in a small handful of coriander leaves. Add in 1 amla that is deseeded and cut. Add in a very small piece of fresh ginger. Add in fresh mint leaves too. Finally add in a small squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Now add in a cup of water. Now grind this mixture to a very very smooth juice.

Try to consume a cup of this juice every single day. This juice is full of minerals vitamins and antioxidants that will give a natural glow to your skin. I have used three herbs for this recipe but you can use one or even more depending on your preference. Parsley and kale also can be added. If you don’t have access to fresh amla, add in one small apple.

Try to start this routine as early as possible and stick to it every single day. Try to reduce all chemical based products and I guarantee, your skin will be glowing in no time.
